Professionally we will wrap the gift and decorate it with a satin ribbon, giving the whole an exclusive character. Then just give or send a beautiful looking gift to the person you want to give.
How much does gift wrapping cost?
The price for the gift wrapping is 24,60 PLN. If you want to split your ordered products into several packages, you will pay for each individually.
Do you want to send the gift directly to the recipient?
If you want to surprise someone, we can provide a gift on your behalf. Enter the customer address as the delivery address at the end of the order. Enter your address as the address on your invoice. We'll take care of the rest. We can only send your order to one address. If you want to surprise several loved ones, you need to create a separate order for each.
When will the package be delivered?
We make every effort to ensure that every gift is perfectly packaged. Therefore, the delivery time can be extended by 1-2 working days.
Will the packaging be damaged during transport?
In the shipping box we always put products intended for a gift, so as not to damage a beautifully packaged order.
Is the invoice in the package?
We put the invoice for the goods in the package only on personal collection. When shipping, you'll only find it in an email.
Can I return products that are packaged as a gift?
Yes, even in the case of gift wrapping, the customer has the right to return the products. However, this applies only to the products themselves and not to decorative packaging.
